- Produce trend analysis reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making

- Design strategic roadmaps aligning technological capabilities with future market demands
- Partner with R&D to accelerate prototyping of next-generation solutions
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscape shifts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and research databases
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience with emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) preferred
