Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism with proven 2020+ horizon planning experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent certification (e.g., CFAP)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies: quantum, synthetic biology, and AGI governance frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders and global audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or successful strategic initiatives with multi-year impact
- Certification in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis) preferred
