Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, identifying disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Lead scenario planning for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology convergence
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in metaverse and decentralized systems
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic trends affecting long-term strategy
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and market disruption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario modeling and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, blockchain, and biotechnology ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation frameworks
