Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Architect strategic roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum computing, neural interfaces, decentralized AI)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-generation solutions
- Produce executive briefings on disruptive market shifts and competitive positioning
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and influence high-stakes decision-making
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record in developing long-term (5+ year) strategic technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: AGI, quantum computing, bio-convergence, or metaverse architecture
- Exceptional scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies certification
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills with data visualization expertise
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
