Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to map 2026+ impact landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning models for disruptive market shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into strategic roadmaps
- Produce trend briefings for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Design innovation pipelines for future-proof business models
- Partner with R&D to validate emerging technologies
- Monitor horizon scanning platforms (Gartner, WEF, MIT) for early signals
- Present future-state visions at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with data-driven narrative development
- Experience facilitating C-level strategy sessions
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
