Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for organizational adaptation to future shifts
- Lead innovation sprints with engineering/product teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive leadership and investor stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technology adoption
- Produce thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) positioning our brand as a 2026 pioneer
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused work or implemented strategic initiatives
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) for trend analysis
