Responsibilities
- Anticipate technological, social, and economic trends through horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Develop strategic frameworks for sustainable innovation in quantum computing and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on 2026-2030 vision
- Author whitepapers on disruptive forces reshaping global industries
- Advise leadership on ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry experts
- Design KPIs to measure strategic foresight ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published thought leadership on AI ethics or climate tech
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., TrendHunter, Gartner)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of Web3 and metaverse ecosystems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating trend-to-strategy translation
