Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends through 2026 horizon
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive innovations (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Create strategic roadmaps for clients navigating digital transformation and sustainability challenges
- Lead cross-functional workshops with executive stakeholders to align future vision
- Publish thought leadership reports on emerging paradigms in business and technology
- Maintain global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify market opportunities for next-generation business models and platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing actionable strategies for 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
