- Develop 2026-2035 strategic roadmaps for core business units integrating climate resilience and neuro-ergonomic principles
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' with MIT-caliber researchers to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present quarterly trend briefings to C-suite and board of directors using immersive AR visualization tools
- Author the annual 'State of 2026' industry report benchmarking against global innovation leaders
- Mentor a team of 5 junior futurists using our proprietary 'Anticipatory Intelligence' framework
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurism journals (e.g., 'Futures', 'Technological Forecasting')
- Expertise in scenario planning using tools like Delphi method and cross-impact matrix analysis
- Proven track record of commercializing future-forward concepts (min. 3 successful launches)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent transdisciplinary field
