As a key member of our Future Intelligence Unit, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to anticipate paradigm shifts in AI, biotech, and sustainable infrastructure. Your work will directly influence multi-billion dollar investment decisions and product roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning methodologies to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts by 2026
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive stakeholders on climate adaptation, AI governance, and quantum computing impacts
- Produce foresight reports and strategic briefs translating complex trend analysis into executable business strategies
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into innovation roadmaps
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers across Silicon Valley and global innovation hubs
- Represent the firm at industry conferences and thought leadership platforms on future-focused topics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and deploying scenario planning frameworks for enterprise clients
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or thought leadership on 2025-2030 trends
- Experience with foresight tools like Delphi method, cross-impact matrices, and horizon scanning platforms
