- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive teams to prepare for potential future states
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future insights into actionable business strategies with measurable KPIs
- Represent the company at global innovation conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into successful market entries
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, Business Strategy, or related field
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend platforms
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
