You'll operate from our flagship San Francisco hub in the heart of the innovation corridor, with resources to pilot groundbreaking concepts.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate economics) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market positioning
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating technological disruption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future business models
- Present strategic foresight to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging market paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps that drove measurable growth
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, weak signal detection)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in strategic visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Figma)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier business or technology publications
- Certification in scenario planning or futures methodology (e.g., CFPC preferred)
