Responsibilities

- Produce high-impact reports and visualizations translating complex future projections into actionable intelligence
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry experts, thought leaders, and innovation partners
- Drive innovation sprints focused on prototyping solutions for emerging market opportunities
- Present compelling future narratives to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful future-focused strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities with complex information
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Strong stakeholder management experience with executive-level presentation skills
