- Partner with C-suite to integrate long-term foresight into corporate strategy and investment decisions
- Produce actionable 'Future State' reports for board and stakeholder audiences
- Establish global networks of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Drive innovation sprints focused on exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level storytelling
- MSc/MBA from top-tier institution with focus on strategy or technology
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) preferred
