- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-ready mindsets across 500+ organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or corporate futurism
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products/services
- Expertise in futures methodology (scenario planning, horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing executive stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused initiatives delivered to market
