Responsibilities

- Produce trend-reports and scenario analyses with 3-5 year predictive modeling
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Represent company at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption lifecycle modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS, APF)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into executive narratives
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futures journals
