Responsibilities

- Deliver executive briefings and thought leadership presentations on future scenarios and strategic implications
- Collaborate with R&D teams to identify and prioritize breakthrough opportunities aligned with 2026 vision
- Author visionary whitepapers and frameworks that guide organizational transformation
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks to accelerate innovation
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of anticipatory leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills for diverse executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-focused strategy implementations
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
