Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented strategies with measurable impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neurotech, AGI ethics, climate AI
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Strong stakeholder management skills across global enterprises
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (e.g., CFPC)
