Your insights will directly shape product roadmaps, investment decisions, and organizational evolution for the 2026 horizon and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 foresight framework using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead innovation workshops and strategy sessions to translate future insights into actionable roadmaps
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Advise executive leadership on strategic positioning for 2026 market opportunities and risks
- Drive the integration of foresight methodologies across product development and corporate strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation strategy, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex future concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Track record of delivering foresight insights that directly influenced organizational strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field preferred
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists) strongly preferred
