Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough technologies
- Architect strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives
- Mentor a global team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biodesign)
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and technology readiness levels
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and disruption analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends (Web4.0, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Experience with open innovation ecosystems and corporate venture building
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or innovation frameworks
