Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts through 2026
- Develop and publish trend reports, scenario analyses, and innovation roadmaps
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineering, design, and product teams
- Architect strategic frameworks for emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, AI ethics)
- Represent company at global innovation forums and academic symposiums
- Mentor junior futurists and build future-thinking capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, sustainable systems)
- Strong academic background in futures studies, systems theory, or innovation management
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Experience with scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis frameworks
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology journals
