Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging AI, quantum computing, and biotech trends
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Drive adoption of innovation methodologies across departments
- Lead annual innovation summits with industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record in technology forecasting and trend analysis
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in technology, business, or futures studies
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Experience managing innovation portfolios and P&L
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech or strategy publications
