Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Facilitate C-level workshops on exponential technology adoption strategies
- Partner with MIT and Stanford on quantum-AI hybrid research initiatives
- Author quarterly 'Future State' briefings for Fortune 500 clients
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation grant portfolio
- Mentor internal 'Future Labs' accelerator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or corporate innovation roles
- Published thought leadership in Nature Futures or similar journals
- Deep expertise in biotech convergence and quantum computing ecosystems
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Shell's)
- Proven track record of patent-protected innovations
- Certification in Systems Dynamics Modeling (SDM)
