- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and emerging market needs
- Chair cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global innovation hubs
- Present futuristic insights to executive stakeholders and translate complex scenarios into actionable strategies
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team focused on exponential technologies
- Oversee the development of predictive models for market evolution and technological adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or technology foresight with proven experience in emerging tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario development skills
- Track record of successfully launching disruptive products or services
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
