Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends to forecast 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech advancements
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on future disruption risks
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for 2030 market readiness
- Author thought leadership on future-proofing organizational resilience
- Champion ethical frameworks for emerging technology adoption
- Measure and report on future-readiness KPIs across business units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis using tools like Gartner Hype Cycle and Delphi methods
- Proficiency in scenario planning frameworks and horizon scanning
- Demonstrated success influencing C-level strategy decisions
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight preferred
