Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Year 2026 Strategic Roadmap aligned with company vision and market trends.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) to drive competitive advantage.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate futuristic solutions into core business operations.
- Analyze market shifts and geopolitical factors to mitigate risks and seize new opportunities.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to define key performance indicators (KPIs) for future growth.
- Publish thought leadership content regarding the future of technology and industry trends.
- Oversee the innovation lab, managing R&D projects with high potential for disruption.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record of successfully leading long-term (5+ year) strategic initiatives.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential impact on business models.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Engineering, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
