Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the Year 2026 product vision, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead a high-performance team of engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the migration to next-generation cloud infrastructure and edge computing solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex requirements into scalable technical architectures.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and data privacy in preparation for future regulatory standards.
- Drive the integration of advanced AI and machine learning models into core business workflows.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, with a strong understanding of modern cloud-native architectures.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and large-scale data processing systems.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
