- System Optimization: Oversee the migration to cloud-native infrastructures, ensuring zero-downtime deployments and high security standards.
- Talent Mentorship: Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team focused on futuristic problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior engineering role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Microservices architecture.
- Futuristic Tech: Demonstrated experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and familiarity with blockchain or quantum computing concepts.
