Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to and from school on established routes
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and safety protocols
- Manage student behavior with positive reinforcement techniques
- Communicate effectively with parents and school administrators
- Complete daily trip logs and incident reports
- Participate in mandatory safety training sessions
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State driver's license (Class A/B/C)
- CDL endorsement or willingness to obtain through our program
- Pass background check and DOT physical examination
- Minimum 2 years driving experience
- Child CPR/First Aid certification (or obtainable)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Commitment to punctuality and reliability
