Responsibilities
- Provide safe, courteous, and reliable transportation to passengers throughout Louisville and surrounding areas.
- Utilize the mobile app to accept ride requests and navigate to destinations efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle that meets our safety and appearance standards.
- Verify passenger identities and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Handle cash and digital payments accurately and in compliance with company policies.
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and rideshare safety guidelines at all times.
- Communicate professionally with passengers to ensure a high-quality experience.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Reliable 4-door vehicle (sedan, SUV, or minivan) in good working condition.
- Smartphone with data capabilities and a reliable internet connection.
- Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle records check.
