Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 7 years).
- Current Auto Insurance, Registration, and Inspection.
- Access to a 4-door vehicle (2010 model year or newer).
- Reliable smartphone with a data plan.
