Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to requested destinations using the CityRide app
- Maintain a clean, professional vehicle appearance at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve rider concerns
- Adhere to all traffic laws and Newark municipal regulations
- Complete trips efficiently using GPS navigation tools
- Report vehicle maintenance issues promptly
- Track and report trip data through the driver portal
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience
- Proof of auto insurance meeting NJ state requirements
- Smartphone with reliable data plan and GPS capability
