Responsibilities
- Provide safe, courteous transportation to riders across Arlington and surrounding areas
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle that meets all safety standards
- Optimize routes using GPS navigation to maximize efficiency and rider satisfaction
- Complete trips efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies
- Track earnings and submit trip details through our driver app
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain high rider ratings
- Attend periodic onboarding and safety training sessions
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 1 year of experience
- Smartphone with reliable data connection for our driver app
- 4-door vehicle in excellent condition (model year 2010 or newer)
- Proof of auto insurance meeting state minimum requirements
- Pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong knowledge of Arlington's roads and landmarks
- Ability to work independently with excellent time management
