Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport freight within Missouri and surrounding regions
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logging (ELD) systems
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and delivery schedules
- Secure and unload cargo at distribution centers and customer locations
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding delivery status
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Missouri traffic laws and route planning
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills for minor repairs
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Flexibility to work early mornings and weekends as needed
