Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional freight transport
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging device compliance
- Inspect vehicles before/after trips to ensure DOT compliance
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Handle secure freight documentation and transfer procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
- Participate in quarterly safety training programs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Miami-Dade County road systems
- Basic understanding of freight handling protocols
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Flexibility for early morning start times
