Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks for freight transportation across Oregon and Washington
- Plan efficient routes to meet delivery timelines while prioritizing safety
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Coordinate with dispatch teams and clients for seamless delivery coordination
- Adhere to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Handle freight loading/unloading with proper securing techniques
- Document delivery exceptions and maintain shipment documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean MVR
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and freight handling
- Proficiency with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Flexibility for regional overnight travel (2-3 nights/week)
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly
