Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, soil, and debris across job sites in Lexington and surrounding areas
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all hauls
- Collaborate with site supervisors and dispatch teams to optimize delivery schedules
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Perform minor equipment maintenance and report mechanical issues promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year experience operating dump trucks or heavy equipment
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Lexington-area roadways and construction sites
- Physical ability to climb equipment, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in outdoor conditions
- Excellent time management and communication skills
