Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, debris, and soil
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with site supervisors for efficient loading/unloading operations
- Manage delivery schedules to meet project timelines
- Perform basic maintenance checks and report mechanical issues
- Maintain clean driving record and professional conduct
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years' commercial dump truck experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of local roads and construction zones
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Must possess DOT medical certification
