Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks and heavy machinery on construction sites
- Transport loose materials like gravel, sand, and demolition debris
- Pre-trip inspections and basic equipment maintenance
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and DOT regulations
- Coordinate with site supervisors for efficient loading/unloading
- Perform minor repairs and report equipment issues
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- 2+ years commercial dump truck experience
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Familiarity with Chandler/Phoenix area construction sites
- Basic equipment maintenance knowledge
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
