Responsibilities
- Operate dump trucks for material transport on construction sites and industrial facilities
- Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate trip logs
- Safely load/unload materials using proper equipment protocols
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and site supervisors
- Manage route optimization to meet delivery timelines
- Basic equipment troubleshooting and reporting of maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years dump truck experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Houston metro area and surrounding regions
- Basic knowledge of construction site safety protocols
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Must have own DOT-compliant steel-toed boots
