Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, aggregates, and debris across job sites
- Perform pre-trip inspections and daily maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each transport
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and timely deliveries
- Assist with loading/unloading operations when required at job sites
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of dump truck or heavy equipment operation experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of local Lexington/Kentucky roadways and construction zones
- Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting minor equipment issues
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to our Lexington depot
