Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods across Houston metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our proprietary tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and resolve inquiries professionally
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals while adhering to traffic regulations
- Collaborate with dispatch team to adjust schedules based on delivery volume and weather conditions
- Handle returns and exchanges according to company protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Class C driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience or equivalent delivery background
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and operate in various weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of Houston area streets, highways, and navigation systems
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery app usage
- Reliable transportation to and from designated depot locations
