Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations throughout Baltimore City and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures as required
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet daily quotas
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading packages at distribution center
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years experience)
- Ability to operate box trucks or cargo vans (training provided)
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Baltimore area
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
