Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial addresses within Austin metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery records using our GPS tracking and mobile app system
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Handle package returns and exchanges according to company protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shift
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery app navigation
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Austin streets and surrounding areas
