Responsibilities
- Transport packages and food deliveries across Chicago metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and GPS tracking systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Inspect and maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness standards
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company delivery protocols
- Communicate delivery status and delays through company app
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at distribution centers
Qualifications
- Valid Illinois driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Basic navigation skills and familiarity with Chicago neighborhoods
- Reliable personal vehicle or willingness to use company vehicle
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Pass background and motor vehicle record checks
