Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations within Oklahoma City metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures for proof of delivery
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Secure and organize packages to prevent damage during transit
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges efficiently
Qualifications
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Oklahoma City streets and surrounding areas
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery app navigation
- Reliable transportation to and from depot (if using personal vehicle)
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
