Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages safely and efficiently from the delivery vehicle.
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a timely and professional manner.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain necessary signatures upon completion.
- Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Handle returns and manage delivery paperwork accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license (Class C or CDL preferred).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Must be able to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and ability to navigate routes efficiently.
- Basic English language proficiency for communication with dispatch and customers.
