Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks on dedicated routes throughout Northern California
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Manage delivery schedules with precision and timeliness
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintenance documentation
- Utilize advanced routing technology for efficient navigation
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Represent the company with professionalism at all customer sites
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- DOT medical certification current and in good standing
- Proven ability to manage long-haul routes independently
- Strong knowledge of California highway systems
- Experience with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Flexibility for overnight stays as required by route
