Responsibilities
- Operate tractor-trailers on dedicated routes with 100% on-time delivery rate
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and compliance with FMCSA regulations
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip and report maintenance needs
- Load/unload freight using pallet jacks and forklift certification
- Communicate with dispatch and clients regarding shipment status
- Adhere to company safety protocols and defensive driving practices
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience with dedicated routes
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Hazmat endorsement preferred
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly during loading/unloading
