Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks for local/regional routes within 150-mile radius
- Complete 12-15 deliveries per week with 98% on-time performance
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic manifests
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and document vehicle condition
- Coordinate warehouse loading/unloading procedures
- Resolve delivery exceptions with proactive customer communication
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean 3-year MVR
- Minimum 2 years box truck operation experience
- Reliable 24-26ft box truck (2010+ model)
- $1M+ commercial auto liability insurance
- Smartphone with GPS and reliable internet access
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Memphis metro area residency required
- Proven route optimization capabilities
